Emotions are always present – in youth work, in teams, in relationships.
During the training, we took a closer look at them:
how they arise, how they influence communication, and what happens when we can’t name or stop them.
These posters are the result of the participants’ work – conversations, exercises, and reflections on anger, sadness, emotional impulses, and attentive listening.
A lot of practice, a lot of honesty, and real tools that can be taken straight to everyday work with young people. Because without understanding emotions, there is no good communication.

Our final day of the “All You Need Is Talk” no. 2023-3-PL01-KA153-YOU-000172584 training was a moment of reflection, emotional insight, and celebration of everything we had experienced and learned together.
We started the morning by diving into the Von Thun Communication Model, a helpful framework that reveals the multiple layers of every message we send. Participants explored how communication is more than just words – it involves tone, intention, and context. We reflected on how understanding these layers can improve teamwork and leadership, especially in diverse or international environments.
After a short coffee break, we continued with interactive exercises that allowed participants to apply the model in practice. These activities highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence and listening when working with others.
Following lunch, we dedicated time to the evaluation of the seminar. Participants shared their feedback, reflections, and takeaways from the training. It was a powerful moment to recognize personal growth, group transformation, and the value of open dialogue.
After one final coffee break, we held a short but meaningful Youthpass session, where participants received their certificates and had a chance to reflect on their individual learning journeys.
The day concluded with a warm and joyful farewell dinner a celebration of new friendships, personal development, and a shared commitment to more mindful communication in our daily lives.

The fourth day of the “All You Need Is Talk” no. 2023-3-PL01-KA153-YOU-000172584 training was dedicated to exploring how we can communicate with more awareness, clarity, and mutual respect.
We began the morning by exploring the topic of emotions and their impact on communication. Through guided discussion and sharing, participants gained a deeper understanding of how emotions shape the way we express ourselves and interpret others. This session highlighted the importance of emotional awareness in building authentic and effective connections.
After a short coffee break, the group took part in a hands-on teamwork exercise. This dynamic activity brought together many of the tools and insights developed over the week, reinforcing collaboration, active listening, and mutual support in action.
Following lunch, the afternoon focused on two important tools: paraphrasing and using respectful language. Participants learned how restating others’ messages can strengthen understanding and reduce conflict. The group also explored how small changes in how we speak can make communication more inclusive and empathetic.
After another coffee break, we wrapped up the day with a session on open and closed questions, learning how to use them to build trust and create meaningful conversations.

The third day of the “All You Need Is Talk” no. 2023-3-PL01-KA153-YOU-000172584 training was dedicated to deepening our understanding of communication in all its complexity. We started the morning with an engaging session on active listening, where participants explored how truly hearing others can transform dialogue. The theoretical introduction was followed by practical exercises that encouraged everyone to put their new skills into action.
After a refreshing coffee break, we dove into the concept of the Ladder of Perception – a powerful model that reveals how individuals interpret the world around them and how easily misunderstandings can arise. This session encouraged participants to reflect on their own assumptions and the impact these have on communication.
Following a well-deserved lunch break, we shifted our focus to personality types and effective communication. Participants learned about different personality profiles and how these influence our ways of interacting. The session emphasized the importance of adapting communication styles to foster better connections.
In the late afternoon, after another short break, we returned with hands-on personality exercises and activities aimed at identifying potential sources of communication breakdowns. These practical elements helped bring the day’s insights into focus, equipping participants with tools for more mindful and effective interpersonal exchanges.
To end the day, we enjoyed a shared dinner and a vibrant cultural evening, where participants had the chance to connect on a personal level, celebrate diversity, and experience the richness of each other’s backgrounds in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

We started the second day of our mobility as part of the “All you need is… talk” no. 2023-3-PL01-KA153-YOU-000172584 with a meeting with trainer Monika Bębenek
It was a great opportunity to integrate better, get to know each other and prepare for the rest of the program. After a short coffee break, the participants took part in an inspiring introduction to the topic of communication, followed by a lecture on the psychology of communication.
With this new knowledge, we started the afternoon part of the day, which was marked by discovering local attractions – we visited the Piastowska Tower, and then went to a traditional Polish restaurant to taste local cuisine and feel the true Polish atmosphere.
The participants spent the evening at their own discretion to regain strength – more intensive days full of work and inspiration are ahead of us!

Today we officially started an international training of the project “All you need is… talk” no. 2023-3-PL01-KA153-YOU-000172584, with 21 participants from 7 organizations from 7 different countries:
