After months of work, learning, and collaboration, the Erasmus+ project “All you need is… talk” no. 2023-3-PL01-KA153-YOU-000172584)= has been successfully completed.
The project focused on strengthening communication skills among people working with young people and responding to the needs of today’s world, where effective and conscious communication is more important than ever.
During the project, participants developed knowledge and practical skills in:

effective interpersonal and group communication,

recognizing and using non-verbal signals,

negotiation and conflict resolution,
-
building trust and supporting young people,
-
leadership development and inspiring youth.
We carried out an intensive 5-day international training, created a webinar, and developed practical training materials available in Training Scenario 1 and 2. All of these outcomes will continue to support youth workers, educators, and trainers in their everyday work.
